Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil the requirements of the school's curriculum program.
Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students progress.
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to support student development.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Utilise a variety of instructional strategies to engage students and foster a love of learning.
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by law and school policy.
Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behaviour.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification for the relevant grade level.
Proven experience as a primary school teacher or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of child development and primary education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational and classroom management abilities.
