Responsible Individual / Head of CareLocation: Greater ManchesterSalary: £60,000Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pmWe are partnering with a new residential service provider for children aged 11-18, seeking an experienced Responsible Individual / Head of Care to lead the setup and operation of their new home. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance with Ofsted.Key Responsibilities:* Recruit and lead the Registered Manager and staff team.* Manage the home's setup and Ofsted registration.* Provide line management for Registered Managers and ensure service quality.* Conduct visits, provide feedback, and oversee staff supervision.* Maintain financial performance through occupancy management.* Work with Directors to ensure the service's development.* Handle inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.Qualifications and Experience:* QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).* Proven experience with Ofsted-regulated children's homes.* Experience in setting up new residential services is highly desirable.* Full UK driving licence required.Benefits:* Private Medical Insurance after 1 year.* Company phone and laptop provided.If you're motivated, experienced, and ready to lead a new service, we want to hear from you!Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
