About the Role:

We are excited to introduce Vision for Education's very own National Teaching Assistant Program. Have you always dreamed of working with children but found it challenging to gain the necessary experience? Look no further! Our National Teaching Assistant Program (NTAP) is designed to help you acquire the experience you need. We will guide you through a series of online training modules and then provide you with five days of paid experience in a school setting. Once you complete this, you will be approved in our system and ready to be placed in schools as a teaching assistant.

 We're looking for someone with:

A passion to work in education.
Varying levels of experience. Classroom-based or specific school-related experience is not essential.
A commitment to undertake virtual, evening training sessions.
Availability to complete a paid placement in a school.
Readiness to start working as a TA with us on completion of the scheme.
What we offer
As a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from:

Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).
Social and networking events.
Pension contributions.
CPD to help with your professional development.
Access to a dedicated consultant.
