We are looking for a passionate and driven Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our client's dynamic early years team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for young children, nurturing their well-being and supporting their development in a warm and inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within an early years environment, showcasing exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
• Profound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application in delivering superior childcare services.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of a designated room within the nursery, ensuring the creation of a secure, stimulating, and inclusive space for young children.
• Design and execute a diverse range of captivating and age-appropriate activities, tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.
• Guide and mentor nursery staff, offering support and training to improve their proficiency and expertise in early childhood education.
• Forge strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication and active involvement in their child's educational journey.
• Implement and enforce safeguarding and health and safety protocols, upholding compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
