Boasting over 5 decades of innovation, the team have been growing year on year since the late 60’s and during this time have honed their craft when it comes to employee satisfaction. They once again attained the Investors in People Accreditation this year and staff have been vocal about the useful study groups and ongoing inspiration and support from management. What does this mean for you as an Architect? Here you will have the opportunity to run parts of a vast array of work, underneath Associate Directors, familiarising yourself with leading elements of projects and taking steps to further your career. You can expect to work on an array of high-rise residential projects amongst many others. The sky really is the limit here, the company promote on merit, and the entirety of the management team being homegrown is a prime example of the genuine career progression provided. You will be working in a beautiful open plan office that offers rich garden space and plenty of sociable areas. • Both Revit and Archi-CAD are used in practice, experience with one is essential, training will be given for the other
• Confident working from stage 4 onward
• Should live within commutable distance from Portsmouth
• ARB Registered Architect in UK
