Vacancy - Development Finance Director

Leading Commercial & Mixed-use Property Developer with a turnover in excess of £500m p.a is looking to appoint an experienced Development Finance Director.

The ideal candidate:

* Will be a Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA.

* Experience of working in the BTR, PBSA or Main Contracting sectors.

* Experience of working with lenders to secure funding.

* Able to review land appraisal bids.

* Previous staff management experience.

* Experience of scaling up a new business would be ideal.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Living within a commutable distance of South West Manchester.
