Role: Logistics Art Handler Technician
Location: London N17
Hours: 40 hrs per week

About the Role:
This position requires a meticulous and skilled individual responsible for the careful packing, handling, and transportation of high-value and delicate artwork and furniture. Practical skills for building protective support structures, such as export crating, are essential, as well as assisting with the installation of these items in residential homes and showrooms.

The role involves client-facing responsibilities, so strong customer focus and the ability to communicate calmly and effectively are important. You will support a busy manufacturing and dispatch schedule, and previous experience in packaging and transporting fine art, furniture, or custom lighting is required, along with excellent teamwork, integrity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Careful packing, labelling, and condition reporting of client orders for UK or Export.

* Building wooden export-quality crating for the safe transportation of delicate and heavy items.

* Delivery and installation on-site of furniture, lighting, and fine art objects.

* Supporting the design and manufacturing team with all logistics and photography needs.

* Monitoring stock and essential consumables required for the role.

Knowledge and Experience:

* Experienced in packaging, removals, logistics, and installation for the export shipping of delicate lighting, furniture, and/or fine art.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Integrity, focus, reliability, and professionalism.

* Ability to deliver on time with accuracy.

* Producing work to the highest standard, exceeding client expectations.

* Strong client communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications (desirable):

* Foundation degree or higher national diploma; BA or BTEC certificate or similar qualification.

* Full clean UK driving license.
