The Part -time Employee Relations Advisor will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, with a focus on employee relations. This part-time role will involve advising managers on a broad range of HR matters, fostering a positive work environment

Description

  • Provide guidance to managers on a variety of HR matters, including policy interpretation and application
  • Lead investigations into employee relations issues
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to employee relations
  • Manage HR projects as required
  • Support the implementation of change management initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation

Profile

A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:

  • CIPD level 5
  • Monday - Wednesday
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
