Temporary to permanent position

£12.00 to £12.50 per hour

Days Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Working for a manufacturing company - busy fast paced environment

Previous Data Entry Clerk experience an advantage

Receiving order for parts to be manufactured - will be keying in sizes, quantities and measurements to be manufactured in the factory - dealing with a lot of paperwork, creating work tickets

Duties for an Data Entry Clerk

• Entering orders into an inhouse computer system
• Good and accurate keyboard skills required
• Working in a busy office environment
• Attention to detail is essential
• Data Entry - using microsoft office - Excel and Word
• Filing, scanning, printing
• Working as part of a team

Experience required for an Data Entry Clerk

• Data Entry experience
• Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Previous office administrator experience an advantage
• Working under pressure
• Admin and secretarial skills required
• Attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
