About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Help pupils with SEND (including autism, ADHD, SEMH) to access learning and feel included
* Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and engagement
* Assist with emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour
* Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to create a safe, inclusive environment
We're Looking For:
* Individuals with any background working with young people - youth workers, teaching assistants, care workers, tutors, mentors, sports coaches, etc.
* People who are empathetic, patient, and adaptable
* Those who are passionate about helping young people thrive in education
