Description

Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
Reviewing and analysing financial data for accuracy and compliance.
Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
Communicating financial information to non-finance managers within the business.
Engaging in cost analysis and identifying savings opportunities.
Contributing to the improvement of financial policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Experience in a similar role within the Housing sector.
Strong technical skills including proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to convey financial information effectively.Job Offer
