Are you local to Brassington or have your own transport? Looking for a day shift role with stability and potential for growth? We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join a well-established manufacturing company in Brassington as Production Operatives.

The Company:

What's on Offer:

* Competitive Pay: Starting at £12.02 per hour for the first 4 weeks, then increasing to £12.35 per hour for day shifts or £14.61 per hour for night shifts.

* Hours of Work:

* Day Shift: 48 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 5pm, or Monday to Thursday, 7am - 5:30pm, and Friday 6:30am - 5pm.

* Night Shift: 4x 12-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday.

* Note: You will start on day shifts during the initial 4-week training period.

* Additional Benefits:

* Pay increase after 4 weeks

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

* Operating machinery and overseeing machine processes

* Manual handling of up to 25kg bags of product

* Bagging and palletising products

* Performing quality checks

* Operating a forklift (training can be provided)

Requirements:

* Transport: Due to the remote location, you will need your own transport.

* Forklift Certificate (Preferred but not essential)

* Knowledge of Health & Safety practices

* Experience with fixed or mobile plant equipment.

* Willingness to undertake training and development through the NVQ route, if not already qualified.
