Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s brand-new team based in Segensworth.

You will provide an efficient administration service for the GPs and Health Care professionals.

Key Duties include:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls assisting with general queries
  • Arrange clinic scheduling, appointment booking, and appointment cancellations
  • Administer / send patient letters, questionnaires, reports and information
  • Manage the email inbox and manage general non-clinical enquiries
  • Administer patient referrals
  • Attend weekly team meeting to record minutes

Personal requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy a GP surgery/Dentist or a medical environment is desirable
  • Experience using SystemOne or EMIS is an advantage but not essential
  • Able to work under pressure as an individual and a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 between #removed#

Salary: £22,308 rising to £24,160 in April
