We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Associate to join our client's consultancy team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects in the Higher Education, Life Sciences, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in construction project management consultancy or Employers Agent experience to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects within the consultancy sector.

* Work on commercial projects such as schools, universities, life sciences, and manufacturing facilities.

* Oversee project delivery, contract administration, and ensure financial/commercial awareness.

* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Requirements:

* Degree in a relevant engineering or project management discipline.

* Extensive experience in project management or Employers Agent roles within construction consultancy.

* Proven leadership experience on projects in commercial sectors.

* Proficiency in MS Project (essential).

* Ideally hold one or more professional certifications: MRICS, MIOB, APMP, or Prince 2.
