- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
A highly successful educational institution in Slough is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner, qualified to at least Level 2 or 3, to join their team. This position presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be actively involved in the continued development of a lively and forward-thinking school.
Day-to-day of the role: - Engage in the daily activities of the school with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Implement innovative teaching methods that foster a stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Monitor and assess the progress of children, ensuring all individual needs are met.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Must hold at least a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
- Demonstrable commitment to developing outstanding teaching and learning practices.
- Strong understanding of the educational philosophy and ability to implement it effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both staff and students.
