I am working with a specialist joinery company which specialise in a wide range of bespoke joinery products for both commercial and domestic customers, all of which are locally sourced and sustainable. They provides high quality joinery to all commercial, domestic and maintenance clients who require joinery promptly to a very high standard.
As Joinery Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the in-house joinery team from their new workshop facility in Bristol, responsible for ensuring the successful completion and delivery of all joinery projects along with the health and safety of operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing the joinery team, managing resources, coordinating with suppliers, building client base whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of NVQ L3 in Bench Joinery or equivalent and have ideally have worked in a similar role or looking to progress into a Management position.
