We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Keyworker to join the school on a full-time basis, with the potential for a permanent role following a successful probation period.

About the Role:

As a SEN Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You'll be working closely with teaching staff, the SENCO, and parents/carers to create and implement tailored support strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs
Assist in the development of personalised learning and behaviour plans
Build positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and progress
Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with young people with SEN (in education, care, or support settings)
Demonstrate a caring and patient approach, with excellent communication skills
Be proactive, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
