As an Early Years practitioner your responsibilities will include, planning and delivering activities for groups of children, supervising free flow play either indoors or outdoors, participating in sensory play, story times and singing activities. You will also support in the forest school, as well as providing a safe, secure environment, supporting children to grow in confidence and independence.

Job Role:

Support the Class Teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Assist in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
Work closely with the TA team to provide tailored support to individual students.
Maintain records of children's progress in line with National Curriculum standards.
Required Skills and Experience:

Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification is essential.
Previous experience working in a UK Nursery Setting.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Ability to work collaboratively with Class Teachers and TAs.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
