We are seeking a warm, professional, and engaging Host to join our team and be the welcoming face of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize the dining experience.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations and general information.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient seating of guests.

• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.

• Assist with special guest requests and ensure a personalized dining experience.

• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

Salary: £11.44 p/h plus tronc
