Joining us as a Network and Voice Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative voice and network solutions within an ever-evolving technology landscape. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional IT teams to ensure the design and implementation of high-performing, secure voice platforms. Your expertise will support the low-level design and integration of key technologies such as SIP, PBX systems, and network security, ensuring seamless communication services across the group.

As part of the technology team, you will leverage your expertise to support the project across various areas, including Voice Networking, Network Switching & Routing, Network Security, and Software-Defined Networking. You will demonstrate a strong awareness of Information Security and familiarity with Meraki wireless technologies, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint firewalls, as well as SIP trunking, Teams Voice, and Avaya/Mitel/Asterisk technologies.

About You

• First and foremost, you have demonstrable experience working in a voice and network engineering function (including design) for a large and complex business group.
• You have supported voice integration between traditional PBX systems and SIP and/or cloud-based voice platforms.
• You can develop and implement robust delivery frameworks that ensure effective service delivery while maintaining high data safety standards.
• You have experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching to a CCNA/CCNP level, with a strong understanding of dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
