Job Title: CPN - Older Adults - Cognitive Imparement and Dementia
Location: West London
Duration: 3-month contract 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £26- £27 p/h, dependent on experience
