About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director or Director to join our thriving Town Planning team. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on the South East, London, and the Midlands. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality planning solutions across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and renewable projects, driving our continued success and supporting growth for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and lead the planning process for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, and renewable energy initiatives.
·Act as a primary client liaison, ensuring projects meet client goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
·Provide strategic direction and guidance on complex planning issues, with an emphasis on urban regeneration, sustainable development, and innovative land use.
·Mentor and support the current Senior Town Planner, fostering professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of service.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to deliver well-rounded planning solutions.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning policies, legislation, and best practices, particularly in the context of the UK's evolving planning landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:
·Proven experience in a senior town planning role, ideally with exposure to the SE, London, and Midlands markets.
·A track record of successfully managing a variety of planning applications across residential, commercial, and renewable sectors.
·Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation and regulatory requirements.
·Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
·MRTPI (or equivalent) membership is highly desirable.
