Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
  • Handle the L&D budget.
  • Conduct job evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all learning and development related regulations.

Profile

A successful L&D Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D strategies within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent understanding of e-learning techniques, and on-the-job training methods.
  • Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • An ability to devise strategies and initiatives that will drive corporate training and development.
