Cambridgeshire - Mechanical Technician - Salary £25-35k- Telecommunications

My client are leaders in the telecommunications industry and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Mechanical Technician.

Main Duties:

* Testing electro-mechanical development products

* Assembly of PLC controlled pneumatic test fixtures

* Cataloguing development test samples

* Maintenance of departmental equipment

* Controlling departmental consumables

* Use of workshop equipment and tools

* Assembly of product components

Key Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience within a Mechanical Technician type role

* Understanding of mechanical/electrical/electronic drawings

* Experience using measuring instruments

The salary for the position is £25-35k depending on experience
