REED ACCOUNTANCY has a fantastic role for an Accounts Assistant who would like a new and exciting local opportunity!As a productive, ambitious individual, you will be joining a leading successful organisation during a period of further growth initially on a 12-month FTC, while having the potential to move into a permanent position at the contract completion.

As Accounts Assistant, you will be crucial to this business continued success by assisting with the analysis of financial data, the preparation of financial reports and providing essential support whilst we transition to new systems.To be successful in this role you will:
• Have experience of Sage 50
• Have experience of using MRI Qube (preferred but not essential)
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be highly motivated with the commitment to complete activities.
• Have excellent Sage analysis skills.
• Bookkeeping Experience, Reconciliations & Bank recs.
• if you can demonstrate experience of working within a finance department for 2 & 3 years , we would love to hear from you.
• AAT qualification preferred but again not essential.

Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or buildings service provider but what is important is your willingness and ability.

Some of your duties will include but will not be limited to:
• Reviewing and reconciling client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Preparing financial reports and statements.
• Maintaining financial records and online filing systems.
• Providing administrative support to the finance department.

£26,000-£27,000 PA (Dependant on Experience)Full time on site.
