As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be working closely with a team of experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants and pastoral staff to provide children with the best support possible.  Strong behaviour management and communication skills are essential for this Teaching Assistant position. Job Role:

• Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 and group basis.
• Working as a Teaching Assistant supporting student progress.
• Acting as a positive role model for pupils.
• Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
• Helping students to reengage with education.
