Our client is seeking an IBA Technician to join their team. Whether you're looking to transition from another sector or build on prior experience in finance or insurance, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your career with a leading global firm. Key Responsibilities:

* Create, review, and distribute financial documents and reports

* Manage data entry and updates in platforms such as Global XB and MS Office

* Oversee the organisation of electronic and paper files, responding promptly to inquiries

* Regularly update departmental reports and take actions to ensure accuracy

* Reconcile and allocate cash and account balances, ensuring timely payments

* Support reconciliation of statements and handling financial adjustments

What You'll Need:

* Previous experience in insurance or finance, or a desire to transition to the insurance sector

* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)

* Commitment to gaining the Cert CII qualification

* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

* Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks
