Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager
The role of Restaurant Manager involves collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly on a daily basis. Key duties include greeting and serving customers, supervising staff, organising rotas, handling end-of-night till cashing, and ensuring compliance with Environmental Health Officer (EHO) and Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines.
