This family-operated company places a high value on their workforce, offering continuous training and a clear pathway for career advancement.  Whether you’re a newly qualified technician, a seasoned professional, or transitioning from an independent garage, this role could be the next step in your career. Your Profile:The candidate should have a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, an F Gas certification, and ideally an MOT Testing Licence, though training can be provided. Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is a bonus, but not essential. Proficiency in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, along with a full UK driving licence and own tools, is required.  Key Responsibilities:The role involves carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles, including those belonging to customers, sales, and staff. Responsibilities include replacing essential components like clutches, gearboxes, and engines, as well as performing thorough vehicle health checks and offering honest recommendations to customers. Adherence to health and safety regulations is crucial, and teamwork is key to ensuring efficient workshop operations. Why this role?
