The Role:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service
Schedule and manage repair work efficiently
Keep customers informed on repair progress, costs, and completion times
Work closely with technicians and workshop staff to ensure accurate updates
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
Identify opportunities to promote additional services

What You Need:

Experience as a Service Advisor in a bodyshop or automotive setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
