Senior Project Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a large student accomodation project. Projects ranging from £15m to £50m.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Project Manager
- Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
- Experience managing construction projects upto £50 million
- Experience working for Tier 1 or SME main contractors

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the project team to deliver the scheme in a safe environment
- Ensure that CDM principles are being applied on the project
- Managing project stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage site delivery teams to ensure quality and programme

The Package:
- Great basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000
- Company car or allowance (dependent on grade)
