Position Details:

• Role: Customer Service Advisor
• Location: Ferndown
• Hours: Shifts between 14:00 - 23:00, Friday to Sunday
• Flexibility: Opportunity to work hybrid or fully remote after 3 months of successful performance

About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customers feel valued and supported.

• Meet and exceed targets set by the client, such as first-call resolution and quality standards.
