Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a Welfare/Pastoral Officer to join our client Mainstream Primary School based in Woolston.

We are in search of a compassionate individual with experience in first aid or pastoral care. Your role will be vital in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students, and you'll occasionally support pupils in the classroom.

Start date - ASAP
Hours - 08:30am - 15:30pm
Contract type - Temporary/Permanent
Full time/part time - Full-Time Monday to Friday
Minimum rate of pay - £13.09 per hourExperience, Training and Qualifications required for the role:

If you have GCSE qualifications in English and Maths, minimum of a grade 4/C (or equivalent)
Possess excellent communication skills
Will embrace our highly supportive and professional culture
Previous Welfare or First Aid experience
You wish to develop their skills and embrace ongoing training and developmentTo be eligible as a Teaching Assistant role through Prospero Teaching you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
