A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client's Finance Team as an Allocations and Credit Control Administrator. If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Description of the role:

Reconciling and allocating payments in line with KPIs
Liaising with clients to resolve outstanding queries.
Ensuring debit notes are issued within three months for unresolved queries.
Preventing aged debt over 18 months
Managing daily post and actioning customer queries efficiently
Ensuring no manual deductions over 90 days
Suggesting process improvements and ensuring regulatory complianceAbout you:

Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and keen to pursue professional qualifications.
Confident and proactive in resolving customer queries.
Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
