We are seeking an experience HR Professional who has worked ideally within NHS, Healthcare or Fast pace enviroment dealing with complex ER.

• Duties will include:
• Managing a team
• Liasing with Manager regarding Policies and Procudures and ensuring that these are adherd to.
• TUPE Transfers
• Updating Polices and Procudures
• Change Management
• Liasing with internal Senior Leadship time
• Dealing with Complex Employment Relations
• Working in collabration with HR DIrector on strategic plan
• Be up to date on legislative documents and changes to relevant policies
• To oversee HR matters such as appraisals, attendance, and performance managemen
• Lead workforce-focused interventions to support the company’s vision and business plans
• Investigate, manage, and advise on complex and sensitive
• Be an advocate for positive transformation within the company
• Build better collaborative relationships with Trade Union representatives and company stakeholders
