We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join the Cambridge studio on a permanent basis. Those who can demonstrate a creative passion for projects that span across a number of sectors that ultimately sit within an all-encompassing Conservation and Heritage setting will be highly sought after!

The successful Senior Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work submitted with their applications. You will need to be able to display a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and understanding of company projects and culture.

It is essential that you can demonstrate a track record of running a number of projects through the design and delivery phases.

Senior Architect requirements:

RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 15 years post qualification UK industry experience
Proven project running experience
Conservation experience is desirable
Technical competence and site experience
Proven experience working through all RIBA stages particularly stages 3-7
Excellent design & drawing skills
AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop proficiency
Revit proficiency & BIM experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of UK Building & Planning Regulations

The successful Senior Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45k-£52k.
