Assistant Reception Manager - Part time
£20,800 per annum, plus service charge

We are recruiting a part time Assistant Reception Manager to join our amazing Front of House team.

Working 32 hours per week, 4 days out of 7
You will need to be flexible to cover various shifts, including early and late shifts.
Weekend and bank holiday working is required

The Assistant Reception Manager is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the company's key standards. They are also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department and training of the team. Good time management is required in order to plan ahead and to think of the development of the team.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as an Assistant Reception Manager or Reception Supervisor in a hotel is desirable.
Enthusiasm, dedication and the ability to influence and develop the team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
Good working knowledge of Microsoft and reservations systems
Knowldege of Opera is desirable.
