What You'll Be Doing as Assistant Manager

Drive sales performance and support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success

Lead, inspire and develop the team - focusing on Recruitment & Training and long-term Team Management

Deliver a premium retail experience and champion Customer Service Excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations, with responsibility for stock, standards, and Visual Merchandising

Take ownership of KPIs and contribute to P&L Responsibility alongside your manager

Support succession planning by coaching your team to be their best every day

What We're Looking For in an Assistant Manager

Current or recent experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Keyholder in a fast-paced retail environment

A passion for fashion retail and the ability to lead from the front

Proven skills in Retail Management, Sales Leadership, and team development

Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results, customer satisfaction, and brand standards

Experience managing visual merchandising, stock control, and operational routines

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
