Salary: £11.87 up to £19.51 per hour with our premiums and overtime rate - Starting rate - £11.87 per hour
- Night shift premium (between the hours of midnight and 6am) - plus £2.94 per hour
- Performance based incentives available when targets are met
- Overtime rate at x 1.25

Work areas & shifts We have a variety of areas and shift options available: Area: Pick Inbound Despatch Freezer Description: You'll be picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. A process that requires you to handle goods with care. You'll be receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes. A process that requires you to be accurate and pay attention to detail. You'll be loading individual totes into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You'll also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site, deal with any returns, help with the in-house tote wash machine and sort stock for our shop or the charities we support. Picking and packing the frozen items for customer orders into totes. We want you to delight our customers so high standards and great care are essential. Full freezer gear is provided as you will be working in temperatures up to -25° Days Shifts: 06:00 -16:00 06:00 - 16:00 06:00 - 17:00 06:00 -16:00

Things to consider: - We have both ambient and chill (0 to 5°) sections in our warehouse and you will be expected to work in both.
- Our roles require you to be on your feet and mobile at all times as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights.
- You will be required to handle both meat and alcohol products.
- We will provide you with great training and the correct Personal Protective Equipment.
