My client are seeking a Project Administrator to join their exciting business within events. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong administration skills. The Role:

* Communicating with clients, event venues, logistic teams and warehouse

* Coordinating logistics and transport

* Completing risk assessments for projects

* Supporting the project coordinators and project manager

* Responding to emails and queries, monitoring different inboxes

* Booking out vehicles for projects and hiring vehicles

* Booking accommodation

* Uploading new contractors and updating information on the system

* Signing off timesheets for drivers

* Reporting on project budgets

* Coordinating with all departments

Skills and Attributes:

* Experience in an administration or office-based role

* Experience with scheduling/booking accommodation and understanding of budgets - desirable

* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with all departments

* Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel

* Highly organised

* Ability to manage own tasks

* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
