Maintenance Engineer's/Building Services Engineer's

Bristol & Cardiff

Salary up to £41,000 - dependent on experience.

TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add Building Services Engineers to their ranks within the Bristol/Cardiff, area.

Our Client is looking for:

Building Services Engineer's - Air Conditioning bias
Building Services Engineer's - Electrical bias
Building Services Engineer's - Mechanical bias

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:

Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management -  3 years minimum
Building Services Engineer's - Air Conditioning bias must hold a level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or be apprentice trained and F-Gas.
Building Services Engineer's - Electrical bias must hold a level 3 in electrical installation or be apprentice trained and 18th edition.
Building Services Engineer's - Mechanical must hold a level 2 in plumbing or be apprentice trained
A Positive 'can do' attitude
Able to work on own and as part of a team
A good knowledge of Health & Safety
