🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Keep mechanical systems running smoothly in commercial environments, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
🔍 Problem Solving - Diagnose and resolve plumbing/ heating/ mechanical issues efficiently, minimising downtime and keeping clients happy.
🤝 Client-Facing Role - Represent a world-class FM provider, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
📊 Organised & Efficient - Keep paperwork updated and submit reports weekly to stay compliant.

💡 What You Bring to the Team:

✔ City & Guilds / SVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
✔ Proven FM experience in PPM & reactive maintenance.
✔ Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
✔ Willingness to complete Disclosure Scotland checks.
