Role: Recruitment Business Partner

Hours: Monday-Friday (Days)

Due to continuous growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Business Partner to join our manufacturing client on a 3 month fixed-term contract.

Please note that there is potential to gain a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

Provide a comprehensive internal recruitment service
Work on multiple roles at once; making sure hiring managers are informed of updates on a regular basis
Develop a thorough understanding of each role, department and company
Managing the hiring process, including pre-screening, phone and in-person interviews, progress reports, offer processes, and rejections; actively seeking out candidates; and concentrating on direct recruitment methods as opposed to using third-party recruitment agencies.
Ensure all candidates complete assessments and documentation
Update career boards with live vacancies
The person:

Previous experience required as in internal recruiter or agency recruiter
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work alone or part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
