Are you an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a fulfilling role within a supportive and positive environment? We're excited to be working with a vibrant primary school in the Croydon area, which is looking for a dedicated HLTA to join their proactive, collaborative team and support students in a nursery class.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for individual students, small groups, and whole classes.
Adapt quickly to various school needs and provide support across multiple classes as needed.
Provide targeted support for nursery students, including those with SEN, to help enhance their educational progress.
Assist the class teacher in preparing and organizing lessons, stepping in to deliver lessons when needed.
Help with classroom setup and assist in lesson planning.Candidate Requirements:

Ideally holds a Level 4 Higher-Level TA qualification or equivalent.
Positive, patient, and resilient, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Proven experience working in a primary school environment, including supporting children with SEN.
Passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.Benefits:
