Clancy have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and contribute significantly to the successful delivery of multiple work packages. Manage all designated project work to ensure successful completion in accordance with safety, technical, and legislative policies.
Execute project plans aligned with the proposed delivery strategy.
Conduct site visits and participate in kick-off meetings for new works, aiding in their successful initiation.

If you have substantial project management, demonstrating a proven track record in the successful delivery of construction projects. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of managing design partners is crucial, coupled with a qualification in civil engineering. The candidate should also bring experience in effectively managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, showcasing financial acumen.

Proficiency in using MS Office is a prerequisite for the role, as well as advanced communication skills. The latter should encompass effective negotiation and persuasion techniques tailored to suit diverse audiences. A full, clean UK Driving licene is also a mandatory requirement.

Desirable experience for the candidate includes a background in the development of schemes from pre-construction to construction. Previous work experience with or for Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) is highly valued. Candidates with preferential experience working with SSE, knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRWSA), and a background in substation projects will be given special consideration. Additionally, familiarity with NEC 3 contract management is also required
