Site Manager (Petrol Forecourt)

Impact resourcing currently requires Site Managers to look after various Petrol Forecourt refurbs in the South. Projects vary from 3 to 10 weeks and include POPO's (Pump on Pump off), EV Charging points, retail refurbs and general maintenance.

Travel expenses, accommodation and food allowances will be provided with ongoing long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of subcontractors

* Make sure permits and paperwork are in in order

* Deal with client facing tasks such as meetings and reports

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge and experience of Managing contractors on petrol forecourt projects

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* SPA/UKPIA Petrol Passport

* CSCS
