Global CTS are working with a large company based on Milton Park in state of the art offices, they are looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join their team due to a very quick promotion internally. The Export Sales Administrator will be responsible for preparing, recording, monitoring and processing export documentation for customers outside of the UK in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives.

Responsibilities
* Prepare invoices from customer orders
* Compile packing lists
* Ensure correct preparation of customs documentation
* Liaise with customers concerning order despatch
* Ensure maintenance of competitive shipping/air freight costs
* Advise on export documentation procedures
* Check and approve courier invoices
