An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Estimator to join a hugely successful team! Our client is a fantastic company with a leading name within the Commercial fit-out sector and a proven track record of delivering high quality fit-out projects.

What you will be doing as an Estimator:

* Managing cost budgets and estimates

* Managing new and existing contracts

* Preparing proposals for each client

* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

* Prepare and submit financial documents

* Liaise with other company departments business development

* Continuously innovate profitable outcomes and maximize profit

What you need to bring:

* Proven track record of success in estimating (Preferably in Hospitality but not essential)

* Experience in selling

* Exceptional negotiation skills

* Have strong rapport building skills and ability to develop relationships

* Have positive and outgoing personality
