The Role

🏗 Lead a £25m p/a SHDF framework in South East London
👥 Manage & mentor a team of 4-6 QSs
📑 Oversee contracts & stakeholder management
📊 Ensure financial success and project efficiency
📈 Report directly to the Commercial Director
