Role: Legal Administrator

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: up to £24,000 per annum

Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Christmas shut down - paid for and pension.

Duties:

* Providing full administrative support to the Wills and Probate solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and managing case files

* Liaising with clients, keeping them updated on case progress and assisting with inquiries

* Managing diaries and arranging appointments

* Handling wills, probate applications, powers of attorney, and estate administration with care and confidentiality

About you:

* Experience as a Legal Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within Wills and Probate or a legal environment

* Fast, accurate typing skills and the ability to work with legal documents

* A natural multitasker who can handle busy workloads while maintaining accuracy

* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues confidently
